Yarn is the fundamental building block of the entire jute supply chain — everything else on this catalogue starts as fibre on a spindle. The count, ply and treatment that comes off the mill determine what the fabric, felt or rope will tolerate downstream, which is why importers who specify their own carpet backing or composite reinforcement so often prefer to source the yarn themselves.
We supply across the working range — from very fine 4.5 lb craft counts to heavy 160 lb cordage yarn — out of spinning mills with sustained capacity, not boutique runs that disappear next season. CRX, CRT, CB, Hessian and Sacking qualities all available; ply built to spec; oiled, sized or natural treatment per buyer.
What we do for you
We ask up front what the yarn is for — carpet backing has a different spec than twine for marine cordage, and ordering one when you needed the other is the single most common buyer mistake on first orders. Once the application is clear, we route to the spinning mill that runs that combination consistently, ship a sample cone for approval, and only then book production.
